From Preloved
to Reloved
Discover exceptional preloved women's and children's fashion — from everyday staples to authenticated luxury pieces — all with a new story to tell.
What You Will Find
Shop by what you are looking for
Our floor runs from Canadian makers you should know about to archive pieces that are genuinely difficult to find. All of it is edited by the same hand.
Paying more for preloved only makes sense if you can trust it
So we have built the whole business around removing the four reasons people hesitate.
-
Is it real?
Every designer piece is inspected in house against hardware, stitching, labelling, serial format, and material. Anything above $1,500 also goes to an independent specialist, and the report travels with the piece. If a piece we sold as authentic is ever found not to be, we refund it in full, with no time limit.
-
What condition is it really in?
We photograph wear instead of hiding it, grade on a published four-point scale, and write one plain sentence about any flaw. No piece is described as perfect unless it is.
-
Will it fit?
Every piece is measured flat by hand, because a size label from 2014 means very little today. And we will hold anything for 48 hours so you can try it in the boutique before deciding.
-
Will it be gone?
Honestly, often. Everything here exists once, and the floor changes every week. If you have seen something here, come in for it — or email and we will hold it for you.
Coming soon
Private appointments, early notice of new arrivals, and sourcing requests for the one specific piece you are hunting. We are putting it together — in the meantime, the door is open Tuesday to Saturday.
If you own it, someone is looking for it
Good clothing sits in wardrobes because selling it privately is tedious and selling it cheaply feels worse. We take the piece, photograph it properly, price it against what it is actually achieving on the resale market, and put it in front of people who understand what they are looking at.
Buying one very good coat that someone else has already broken in is a better decision than buying four new ones. It always was.
The Clothes Nest
Canadian Makers
A small shelf of new pieces and goods from independent Canadian makers, chosen the same way the resale is — because it is well made, not because it is easy to stock.
Designer in Residence
Every season we give a corner of the boutique to one local designer, and sell their work new alongside the collection. It is the part of the shop we are most proud of.
What does not sell still goes somewhere it is needed
Unsold pieces, at the consignor's choosing, go to the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre and BabyGoRound rather than back into circulation as waste. Our partners
