How It Works

Three Easy Steps

Consigning with The Clothes Nest is straightforward. We handle the selling — you handle the choosing.

  1. Book an Appointment

    Schedule a drop-off appointment using our online booking system. Bring your curated pieces — freshly laundered and ready to go.

  2. We Review Your Items

    Our team reviews your pieces for quality, condition, and seasonal relevance. We'll let you know what we're able to take, and you can collect anything we don't accept.

  3. We Sell, You Earn

    Accepted items go on the floor and online. When they sell, you receive your agreed consignment split — paid out to you regularly.

Consignment Policy

Consignment Split
Consignors receive 40–50% of the selling price, depending on the item. This will be agreed upon at the time of drop-off.
Consignment Period
Items are consigned for 90 days. If an item hasn't sold by the end of the consignment period, you may collect it or choose to donate it to one of our charity partners.
Item Condition
All items must be freshly laundered, free from odours, stains, and damage. Items showing significant wear will not be accepted.
Pricing
Our experienced team will price all items based on brand, condition, and current market value. Pricing is final and cannot be disputed once agreed.
Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 14 days of notification will be donated to our charity partners — the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre or BabyGoRound.

Please note: We accept clothing for women and children. We look for unique, quality pieces — from everyday wear to special occasion. Please check our What We Accept page before bringing items in.
